The 4DDOME, 4DMesh, 4DVentral, and 4DFix implants are medical devices manufactured by COUSIN BIOTECH S.A.S. Their CE conformity assessment was performed by the notified body DQS MED (CE0297).

The IntraSPINE® implant is a medical device manufactured by COUSIN BIOTECH. Its CE conformity assessment was performed by the notified body Kiwa Cermet Italia (CE0476), in accordance with MDR 2017/745. The quality system of COUSIN BIOTECH S.A.S has been certified compliant with the requirements of ISO 13485.

The BDyn implant is a medical device manufactured by COUSIN BIOTECH. Its CE conformity assessment was performed by the notified body SGS Belgium NV (CE1639). The BDyn ancillaries kit consists of Class I ancillaries manufactured by Cousin Biotech S.A.S and Neuro France Implants.

The quality system of COUSIN BIOTECH S.A.S has been certified compliant with the requirements of ISO 13485. Read the instructions for use carefully before using the product.
