All screws feature a high head facilitating rod connection and reduction; the upper parts of the screw head are break-off tabs.
Cannulated screw for placement over a guide wire and fenestrated for cement injection (with the D.A.R.T® cement injector)
Break-off set screw for a reproducible tightening torque of 12Nm (delivered separately, sterile and individually packaged)
Double thread, cortical and cancellous, for maximum anchorage
Self-tapping screw accepting ø5.5 and ø6.0 mm rods
Atraumatic screw tip
Screws, rods, and set screws are delivered sterile and individually packaged

The POLYPHEM® sterile posterior spinal fixation system is designed for thoracolumbar fixation
from T1 to S1 for the following indications:
