Clinical benefits

  • Preserves mobility
  • Delays segment fusion
  • Stress damping
  • Small footprint (11.5 mm)
  • Versatility
    • Dynamic assembly
    • Topping-off
  • Freedom of choice pre-operatively and intra-operatively:
    • Non-fusion
    • Fusion
  • Elastomer damping
  • 14° polyaxial flexible upper rod
  • 10° angled lower rod to respect lordosis
  • Maintenance of segment mobility:
    • Flexion
    • Extension
    • Lateral bending
    • Axial rotation
    • Axial compression

The BDyn device is intended for posterior stabilization from the thoracic vertebra
T10 to the sacrum S1, with or without bone graft, for the following indications:

  • Degeneration of the intervertebral disc and/or facet joints confirmed by additional examinations
  • Lumbar spinal canal stenosis
