Oxiplex® is a fluid gel. This gel is a resorbable, sterile and isotonic combination of polyethylene oxide (PEO) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), with added calcium chloride and sodium chloride in sterile water. This gel is intended for injection. Oxiplex is pyrogen-free.
Indications
Oxiplex is intended to be placed around neural tissues after spinal surgery to reduce adhesion formation and related symptoms, such as pain.
