Cousin takes part in the GRECCO congress dedicated to laparoscopic surgery
On October 3, 2026, Cousin will take part in the annual GRECCO (Western Laparoscopic Surgery Research and Study Group) congress. Held at the Couvent des Jacobins (Rennes Métropole Convention Centre), this leading regional event brings together laparoscopy specialists to discuss technical advances and innovations in minimally invasive surgery.
GRECCO is a key French scientific association in the Greater West region, dedicated to promoting the development, evaluation and teaching of laparoscopic surgery.
Each year, this study day provides an ideal setting to share feedback, assess developments in minimally invasive surgical approaches and assisted laparoscopy, and discuss safety standards to optimise surgical techniques and reduce the operative impact on the patient.
It also enables operating theatre teams and IBODEs to train and pass on their expertise.
A major player in the development of biomaterials and textile implants for digestive and abdominal wall surgery, Cousin designs and distributes devices specifically adapted to the constraints of laparoscopy (deployment ergonomics, trocar handling, biocompatibility).
Our participation in the Grecco congress gives practitioners the opportunity to discover our implant ranges, deepen their understanding of the behaviour of implantable textiles, and take part in our co-development approach to innovative surgical solutions.
