Your Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the France Visceral Marketing Manager, you will provide support in Product Marketing, Multichannel Communication and Events.
- Product launches
- Support for product launches
- Competitive analysis, field tools, sales arguments, exchanges with suppliers
- Multichannel communication
- Creation and updating of field marketing tools: product sheets, technical sheets, evaluation sheets, catalogues (specific and global): writing
- Support with updating sales arguments
- Competitive intelligence
- Contribution to the external digital communication strategy and the trade plan (LinkedIn, emailing, etc.)
- Events/Congresses
- Contact management, liaising with KOLs for registrations and logistics
- Creation of coverage arrangements and hospitality requests
- Regulatory
- Complete and update national MD/IMD databases (Europharmat, HUB-Achat Vivalto, Cahpp members’ portal, etc.)
- Validation process with R&D and the Regulatory Affairs department
Required Profile
- You are preparing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Marketing/Communication
- You are proficient with communication tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.), the Windows environment and English
