Oxiplex® is a fluid gel. This gel is a resorbable, sterile, and isotonic combination of polyeth-
ylene oxide (PEO) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), with added calcium chloride and sodium chloride in sterile water. This gel is intended for injection. Oxiplex is pyrogen-free.
Indications
Oxiplex is intended to be placed around neural tissues after spinal surgery to reduce adhesion formation and related symptoms, such as pain.
